Shannon Mahaffey

Shannon joined OpenWorks as the Regional Operations Manager of Washington in June 2017. Since then he has been promoted to Regional Director for the Washington region.  His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Washington Region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new business and franchise partnerships.

Prior to joining OpenWorks, Shannon held Director roles with Pacific Pulmonary Services and Diamond Parking Services.

Dave Hicks

Dave joined the OpenWorks team in 2014. He brings over 10 years of experience in effectively managing multi-site retail maintenance for 1,250 locations as well as experience in overseeing nationwide program roll outs and national integrated facility services.

Dave brings strong leadership skill with a collaborative focus on team building to the team. He specializes in multi-site management, project management, process improvements and customer service.

Reagan Billingsley

Reagan joined OpenWorks team in 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Houston region.

Michael Eddings

Michael Eddings joined the OpenWorks team in 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Portland region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.   

Prior to OpenWorks Michael worked as an Outside Sales Manager at R.S. Hughes Co. for eleven years where he managed several sales territories, partnered with sales teams to exceed division sale goals, and conducted contract negotiations. Michael has also owned his own business, Associate Coach, Inc. Which he sold in 2006.  

Michael majored in Business Administration and played college basketball at Mendocino College.

Kelsie McClendon

Kelsie joined the OpenWorks team in April 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. His expertise includes organizational strategy and development, human resources and talent management, and performance improvement.
Prior to joining OpenWorks, Kelsie spent 20 years in Human Resources Management Leadership roles with Fortune 500 and high growth companies. In his roles, Kelsie helped enable company growth through effective organizational development and human resources management strategies and interventions.

In addition to his professional experience, Kelsie serves as Chair of the Arizona@Work-Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, as Director of Technology for the Arizona Society for Human Resources Management (AZSHRM), and is a Past President of the Society for Human Resources Management-Greater Phoenix Chapter (SHRM-Greater Phoenix).

Kelsie has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Educational Technology from Arizona State University, and a Master’s in Labor and Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.   He is a Senior Certified Human Resources Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) though the Society for Human Resources Management and SPHR certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Brian Thomas

Brian joined the OpenWorks team in 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Pennsylvania region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks Brian worked as the Area Sales Manager at PrimePay for three years where he oversaw the handling of payroll and related business services in all 50 states. Brian worked for Sprint for a total of 13 years spending 12 years as an Enterprise Sales Manager where he Managed Enterprise Sales Team of Regional Account Managers who sold and supported National Accounts.Brian was promoted to General Business Sales Manager in 2013 where he managed a General Business Sales Team.

Brian received his Bachelor of Economics and Business from Ursinus College and his Master of Business Management from University of Phoenix.

Tracey Cartee

Tracey joined OpenWorks team in 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Tennesse region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks Tracey worked as the District Manager at Oasis Outsourcing for two years where he lead a team of Professional Employee Consultants who worked with businesses to reduce cost and increase efficiency. From 2003-2014 Tracey worked as the Human Resources District Sales Manager at Paychex where he was responsible for hiring highly talented sales leaders to represent the product offering for the Paychex Human Resource sales division. Tracey assisted sales team to overachieve prospecting, presenting and selling in a quota driven environment. He compiled and monitored daily, monthly and annual reports with sales and expense statistics. He implemented training and guiding sales team towards skills and knowledge advancement.

Tracey has his Bachelor of Science in Administrative Recreation from Mars Hill University.

Charlie Rodriguez

Charlie joined the OpenWorks team in 2016 as an Account Executive, and has since been promoted to Regional Director. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Tampa region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks, Charlie held management positions at Enterprise Holdings. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida.

Mike Jahrling

Mike joined the OpenWorks team in 2015 as an Account Executive, and has since been promoted to Regional Director. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Illinois region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks, Mike worked at Stericycle and Videojet Technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Quina Feldstein

Quina joined the OpenWorks team in 2017. Her responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Colorado region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks, Quina held positions at BrandCo LLC, Trumaker and Vector Marketing. Her and her team placed in the national top 10 out of thousands every year. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University-Fullerton.
