WHAT I WAS DOING BEFORE OPENWORKS
Before OpenWorks I had been in the retail management industry for over 20 years. I enjoyed working in the shipping and receiving department for a national retailer and have continued in this industry even after purchasing my OpenWorks franchise.
WHY I CHOSE OPENWORKS
I knew I wanted to continue working in retail management, but I also wanted to do something more to have an additional income. Starting your own business can be tough, I knew that. I also knew that OpenWorks would be there to help my wife and I get started and be the support we needed. We started with a partner in 1991 as we only wanted to do this part-time. After realizing we enjoyed this business and saw the full potential in OpenWorks and the success we were already achieving, we bought out our partner and have continued to be very successful ever since. We enjoy moving around and staying active and being an OpenWorks franchise owner definitely allows us to do that.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH OPENWORKS
It is only my wife and I cleaning; we enjoy what we do and are fortunate this is something we can do together. The most important thing, rain or shine, is to make our customers happy and that is what we strive for. OpenWorks is always available when questions arise. The Customer Service Representative for OpenWorks is a huge asset to the company and is always very supportive. We also couldn’t be more pleased with the billing policy. The help on the financial end takes a big load off of our shoulders. It is something we never need to worry about because OpenWorks takes care of that for us. They collect on our accounts and we can call to talk to them about any issues we come across. OpenWorks is doing a great job!
